The twelve 202TEU container vessels of the MOC standard for the river containerization, which Puhai has invested RMB150 million to build since 2004, have all entered service before the middle of August 2006. Up till now, Puhai operates a modern fleet of around 34 feeder vessels with an overall capacity of 13,692TEUs, and her modernized vessel fleet, comprehensive service network, the recognized know-how and high motivation of our young, dedicated, yet experienced staff all combine to produce a dynamic company that is the leader in the highly competitive field.
　　 Awarded consecutively for two years “the Best Coastal Feeder Operator in China Freight Industry Awards”, Shanghai Puhai Shipping, as a reliable and professional enterprise, was crowned once again with the Best Yangtze River Feeder Operator in 2005 and the Best Coastal River Feeder Operator in 2006. Today, Puhai becomes the leading force in the Costal China and Yangtze River Market, and is making steady progress in holding the market share in the South East Asia. In July 2007, Puhai has established its wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, which will contribute to promote healthy and steady development in overseas business.
